Service Description

ProfitLens provides a one-time restaurant menu analysis service. For each order, we deliver a custom PDF report analyzing your menu's profitability, pricing, and performance. The report is generated based on the data you provide through our Excel template.

Pricing and Payment

• The current price for a Menu Analysis Report is $99 (one-time payment)

• This is a launch price and may change at any time without notice

• Payment is processed securely through PayPal

• Full payment is required before we begin your analysis

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD)

How It Works

1. You download our Excel template from the website

2. You fill in your menu data (item names, prices, food costs, sales estimates)

3. You upload the completed template through our secure form

4. We analyze your data and generate your custom report

5. We deliver your PDF report to your email within 2 business days

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide

• The quality and usefulness of your report depends on the accuracy of your input data

• You must provide complete data as outlined in the Excel template

• You must provide a valid email address for report delivery

Report Delivery

• Reports are delivered within 2 business days of receiving your completed template

• Delivery time begins when we receive a fully completed template with all required fields

• If your template is incomplete, we will contact you for the missing information, and the 2-day timeline resets once we receive the complete data

• Reports are delivered as PDF files to the email address you provide

Intellectual Property

• The ProfitLens report delivered to you is for your personal business use only

• You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report or its methodology

• The ProfitLens name, logo, and report format are our intellectual property

• You may share your report within your own restaurant's management team

Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 7 days of delivery

• We will either revise the report to address your concerns or issue a full refund

• Refund requests must be sent to support@useprofitlens.com

• Refunds are processed through the original payment method (PayPal)

• We reserve the right to deny refund requests made after the 7-day period

Limitation of Liability

• Our report provides analysis and recommendations based on the data you provide

• We do not guarantee specific financial results from implementing our recommendations

• ProfitLens is not a substitute for professional financial, accounting, or business advice

• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report

• We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our recommendations

Your restaurant data is used only to generate your report. We do not share your data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify our service, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect orders already placed and paid for. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
